2017-2018 BC Fires Floods Business and Community Support

Tara worked with the National Office of Canadian Red Cross and the BC CRC Leadership Team in the Capacity of Advisor for Small Business and Indigenous Livelihood Economic Recovery Programs.
​
In this capacity, Tara supported program development and implementation stakeholder relationship and management, local program delivery and coordination, and one to one business support throughout the East Kootenays, Central Interior and North Central BC.

2020-22 Covid-19 Pandemic Business Support
​
Both as a Freelance Consultant and In the capacity of Business Development Office with Community Futures, Tara served over 200 Vancouver Island and BC businesses with pivot strategy for business resilience through Covid 19 . As a BDO with CF, Tara assisted with and initiated programs for community development through Project Central (projectcentral.ca) the City of PA, and the Skate and MTB Park Association to name a few.
